Since it could take quite a while to build certain data sets using the API, the following reference samples are provided.

Build Your Own

You can create your own unique sample by repeatedly querying the API using a script. See R Language for example code. This permits you to have greater control over the sample you create. In particular, you can restrict your sample to a single country using the API.

The API is rate limited, which means you may only submit a certain number of requests in a time period. Since each request takes a certain amount of resources to process, the API is rate limited to prevent overuse. As a result, it can be time consuming to create a unique sample using the API.
